Determine the purpose of AODME; the organization’s reason for being.
Review mission and determine if it clearly explains the purpose to the membership and the osteopathic profession
Develop a vision that the board & membership believe what AODME should be and what it should accomplish.
AODME to be represented on local, state and national levels.
Implement fiscal policies to increase reserves.
Review all committees and their roles.
Determine if additional committees are needed. (communication & membership cmts)
Review options for staffing; costs and role of staff.
